I once new a boy
His name was joy
Who was passing away the hours.
He shot a duck
Ran for his truck
And puked on the roadside flowers

Soon there after
he licked the batter
Off a wooden spoon
He put in the cake
Set it to bake
And looked at the beautiful moon

He went to the park
With his dog who barked
Soon the dog was learning.
He forgot the cake
And for god's sake
The house was soon burning.

The brisk wind blew
As cold as morning dew
In the forest of ghosts and moons.
But back at home
In his air-conditioned home
He lived among the dunes.
